Transport Experience with:

● Wheelchair
● Stretcher

Qualifications and Skills:

● Driving Record: Excellent driving record history and driving experience is desired.
● Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
● License: Must hold a valid FL driver’s license with “E” classification, “CDL” is also
accepted As Well as A,B,C licenses.
● Driving Experience: Minimum of 2 years of US driving experience.
● MVR Violations: No more than 3 MVR violations in the past 7 years.
● Drug/Alcohol Test: Ability to pass a 10-panel Drug/Alcohol test, County
background check, and Employment Verification check.
● Language Proficiency: Must speak English or Spanish. Dual or more languages
are a plus.
● Work History: Must have a stable work history with a track record of being
reliable and punctual.

Education and Experience:

● Stretcher Transport: Must be PASS certified and have experience in prior NEMT
or NET services. Also must have a Hack License.
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent and fluency to read and write.
● Prior Experience: Prior medical transportation experience is a plus.
● Physical Requirements: Lifting at least 100-200 lbs with the assistance of other
teammates.
● Shift Availability: Able to be flexible in shifts.

Required Licenses and Certificates:

● Chauffeur License: Obtain a Chauffeur License in Miami-Dade, Broward County.
● Hack License: Obtain a Palm Beach County hack license if working in palm
beach.
● PASS Certificate: Obtain a PASS Certificate (Passenger Assistance, Safety, and
Sensitivity).

Note: We will guide you through the process of obtaining these licenses and certificates.

Magna Transport LLC will not reimburse you for the expenses to obtain these licenses.

Salary ranges depending on the Job duties of the person.

Magna Transport LLC pays based on the following:

Hourly, Salaried, Commission & Incentives.

Overtime Pay: Overtime is calculated using the fluctuating workweek method.
This means your regular weekly salary covers all hours worked, and for hours
worked over 40 in a week, you will receive additional overtime pay.
